7db Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 7db platform, including all games, sports betting markets, account services, and payment facilities. By registering an account or placing a wager on 7db, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7db ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Please read every section carefully before using the 7db platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or access any services offered by 7db. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms as they are updated from time to time.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one registered account on 7db. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any balances held therein.
Account Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 7db will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your login information.
BDT Currency Standard
All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on 7db are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied to local payment method transactions processed in BDT.
Prohibited Activities
Any form of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting software, or exploitation of platform errors is strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture.
Age Restriction Enforced
Registration and participation on 7db is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years and above. 7db reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts confirmed to belong to underage players will be immediately closed.
Terms Subject to Update
7db reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an on-platform notice. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 7db website, creating a player account, or using any service, feature, or content made available through the 7db platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the platform without exception.
These Terms & Conditions apply alongside any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the 7db platform — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotional terms attached to specific bonus offers. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and any specific policy document, the specific policy document shall take precedence only in respect of the subject matter it governs.
If you are accessing 7db on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms, and your acceptance of the terms is deemed to be their acceptance. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the 7db platform.
7db reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting the updated version on the platform. The updated terms take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
By using 7db, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Are accessing from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law
- Are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party
- Have not previously been excluded or suspended from the 7db platform
- Understand that gambling involves risk of financial loss
- Accept these Terms & Conditions in full without reservation
Language of Agreement: These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these terms, the English-language version shall be the definitive and authoritative version. No translation of these terms into any other language shall be binding.
Section 2
Eligibility and Registration
To register a player account on 7db, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains open:
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 7db platform. This requirement is absolute and applies regardless of the age of majority in your specific location if that age is lower than 18. 7db does not permit access to any gaming or betting service by persons under 18 years of age under any circumstances.
7db reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point — including at registration, at the time of the first withdrawal request, or during any routine account review. Acceptable documents include a national identification card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension until verification is complete.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 7db. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- All duplicate accounts will be closed upon detection
- Any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided
- Balances held in duplicate accounts may be confiscated
- The primary account may also be subject to suspension pending investigation
If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must contact 7db support immediately at [email protected] to resolve the situation before any further activity is conducted.
When creating a 7db account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must not use a false name, a fictitious identity, or another person's personal details for registration purposes.
You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. If any of your details change after registration — including your email address, phone number, or residential address — you must update your account information promptly. 7db may request supporting documentation to verify any changes to account information.
7db operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before making a withdrawal, before a bonus is released, or at any other point determined by 7db's compliance procedures. Required documents may include:
- Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence
- Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within three months
- Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after being requested will result in a hold on withdrawal processing until the verification is satisfactorily completed.
Section 3
Account Obligations
As a registered player on 7db, you assume a number of ongoing obligations relating to your account conduct, security, and use of the platform. These obligations exist to maintain a fair, secure, and compliant gaming environment for all users.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf. 7db will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you unless you notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
Notification of Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact 7db support immediately at [email protected]. 7db will take reasonable steps to secure your account following notification, but cannot accept liability for losses incurred prior to notification.
Prohibited Account Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension:
- Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
- Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing or corrupting the integrity of sporting events
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
- Providing false information during account registration or KYC verification
Player Funds Protection: 7db maintains player account balances separately from the platform's operational funds. Your deposited funds are identifiable as player funds and are protected in the event of platform insolvency. This segregation is a core operational commitment of 7db to its players.
Inactive Account Policy: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. 7db will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy fees. Players are advised to log in periodically to maintain active account status and to keep their contact email current.
Account Transfer Prohibition: Your 7db account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of any balance held.
Section 4
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 7db platform — including deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following rules govern the deposit and withdrawal process for all registered players.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile banking channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay)
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted
- 7db does not charge deposit fees on the platform side; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges
- Deposits are credited to your 7db balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment processor
- 7db reserves the right to return a deposit and request a different payment method if the source cannot be verified
- Deposits made in error should be reported to support immediately — 7db will make reasonable efforts to facilitate a return, subject to verification
Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed
- Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable bonus terms before they become withdrawable
- 7db targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (BST, UTC+6)
- 7db reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawal amounts
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed under any circumstances
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: 7db is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or any related financial crimes. All transactions are subject to monitoring. 7db reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing and conduct enhanced due diligence on any account that exhibits transaction patterns consistent with money laundering activity. Where legally required, 7db will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
Section 5
Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the 7db platform, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other available markets), live casino games, slot games, and fishing games.
All bets placed on 7db are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the details of any bet — including the selection, stake amount, and applicable odds — before confirming placement. 7db will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of player error in selection or stake amount.
Bets may only be placed using available real-money balance or eligible bonus balance in your 7db account. Credit betting (placing bets against a negative balance) is not permitted. If your account balance is insufficient to cover a bet, the bet will be rejected at the point of placement.
Betting odds on 7db are set and updated by the platform's pricing system and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. 7db will not honour bets placed at odds that were made available due to a system error, data feed error, or pricing mistake that resulted in odds that are clearly and materially incorrect.
In the event that a bet is placed at an obviously incorrect price, 7db reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. Such voids will be communicated to the affected player via account notification or email.
If a sporting event on which a bet has been placed is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market has been settled, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. The specific voiding rules for each sport are governed by the sport-specific rules published in the 7db Help section.
For cricket specifically: if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other interruption, markets that were already in play at the time of interruption will be settled according to the result at the point of interruption or voided, depending on the specific market rules that apply.
All casino games and slot titles available on 7db are provided by certified third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNGs) and are not influenced or modified by 7db on the platform side.
The published RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game reflects the theoretical long-term payout rate for that game as configured by the software provider. Individual session results will vary and may differ significantly from the stated RTP. RTP figures are not a guarantee of winnings in any single session or over any defined period of play.
In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, the game session will resume from the point of disconnection when the player reconnects, where the game provider's system supports session recovery. If recovery is not possible, the round will be settled in accordance with the game provider's disconnection policy.
Section 6
Bonuses and Promotions
7db offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.
Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses awarded on 7db are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum amount of real-money betting activity that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the terms of each specific bonus offer before you opt in. You are advised to read bonus terms in full before accepting any offer.
Bonus Eligibility: Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. 7db reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from any player who it believes is attempting to claim the same offer multiple times using different accounts or registration details.
Bonus Abuse: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the platform, or misrepresenting eligibility — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 7db reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend the accounts of players found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
Withdrawal of Bonus Offers: 7db reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already accepted and in the process of being wagered, except where fraud or abuse is detected.
Bonus Balance Order of Play: When both real-money balance and bonus balance are present in your account, wagers are generally placed from the real-money balance first. The specific order of balance usage may vary depending on the terms of the active bonus. Refer to the individual offer terms for full details on balance priority during wagering.
Expiry of Bonuses: All bonuses awarded by 7db carry an expiry date, which will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered to the required level by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically without compensation.
Seasonal Promotions: 7db runs special promotional campaigns during major cricket events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), as well as cultural events including Eid and Pohela Boishakh. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available for a limited time only. Promotional offers are available to eligible players aged 18 and above only.
Section 7
Responsible Gaming
7db is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and maintain control over their gambling behaviour. These tools are available to all registered players free of charge and can be activated at any time from account settings or by contacting support.
Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take immediate effect. Increases are subject to a 24-hour review period.
Session Limits
Configure maximum session durations to prompt a logout after a set period of continuous play. Available in 30-minute increments.
Cool-Off Periods
Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours up to 6 weeks. Cannot be reversed once activated. All betting and deposits are disabled.
Self-Exclusion
Request account suspension for six months to permanent closure. All marketing is stopped and the account cannot be reopened early.
18+ Policy: 7db strictly enforces its minimum age policy. Players must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the platform. Section 8
Account Termination and Closure
Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your 7db account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 7db will process the request within a reasonable timeframe. Any withdrawable real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
Closure by 7db: 7db reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime
- Confirmed underage access or use of the platform
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 7db staff
- Detection of duplicate accounts or bonus abuse
- Use of automated software, bots, or exploitation of system errors
- Any activity that 7db reasonably believes poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk
Effect of Termination: Upon closure of an account — whether voluntary or initiated by 7db — your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately. Bonus balances, pending bonuses, and any winnings derived from funds obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to verification, except where forfeiture is warranted by the circumstances of the closure.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7db shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. 7db's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 7db operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as notified by 7db from time to time.
